Dynamic Works Drill
Ergonomic-Modular Rotary Tool
The project began with a focus on users who experience difficulty with grip strength and fine motor control. Traditional drills require sustained pressure and stability, which can be challenging for individuals with arthritis or carpal tunnel. The goal was to design a tool that reduces strain while maintaining full functionality and independence.
The final design combines a compact rotary tool with a supportive arm brace system. The form is streamlined for comfort and control, while the modular components allow the tool to function independently or with added support depending on the user’s needs.
